Plans & limits
Every limit on every plan, what counts toward it, and exactly what happens when you reach it — including AI credits and top-ups.
Every limit below is enforced by the API. The console shows your live usage against each one under Billing → Plan & usage, and warns you on the page where a limit applies once you pass 80 %.

What happens when you reach a limit

| Emails (Free) | Sending pauses with 429 quota_exceeded until the 30-day window frees up. |
| Emails per day | Sends return 429 quota_exceeded until the rolling 24-hour window frees up. |
| API requests per minute | Requests return 429 rate_limit_exceeded with Retry-After. |
| Domains, webhooks, contacts | New ones are rejected (domain_limit_reached, webhook_limit_reached, contact_limit_reached); existing ones keep working. |
| Inbound emails | New inbound mail is rejected at SMTP until the window frees up. |
| AI credits | AI actions return 402 ai_credits_exhausted unless you have purchased AI credits. Manual editing, templates, and sending keep working. |
AI credits
One AI credit is one AI Design Studio generation:
- Compose a draft from a prompt — one credit per variant (up to 3).
- Rewrite a block, regenerate a section, or one chat turn — one credit.
Rendering, linting, exporting, and saving designs never use credits. A generation that fails before the model answers isn't charged.
Buying AI credits
AI credit packs are one-off purchases, available on every plan:

Purchased credits are used only after your monthly allowance, soonest-expiring first, and stay valid for 365 days. Buy them from Billing → AI credits in the console (workspace owners).
